Baking Classes - Kouign Amann

During this class, the Ibis Bakery team will provide a hands-on kougin amann making experience at our Kansas City production facility at 1624 Grand Blvd. Over a four-hour time period, our talented baking staff will teach you the process to make this popular product from start to finish. The process includes scaling, mixing, laminating, shaping, filling, and baking. Kougin amann will be baked off at the end of the class, and participants will have a chance to taste the spoils of their labor. 

We can accommodate three baking stations, with up to two people per household at each station. Your ticket cost includes one baking station for two participants. 

Bookings of three baking stations will be considered private classes. For bookings of less than three, you and your group will most likely be joined by another group of soon to be friends. For questions or further information please contact
