This Natural Ethiopian release comes to us from the farm of Bekele Kachara in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Bekele has been cultivating coffee for more than 20 years and is deeply knowledgeable regarding coffee processing. He has a lot of processing experience since he has worked in independently owned mills as well as cooperative-owned coffee washing stations both in the Bensa and Bona districts of the Sidama region
