Within the Keffa region is the village Wush Wush, where producer Dinkalem Ademe has run his Washing Station since 2016. He helps farmers in processing their harvests each year. Approximately 2,500 smallholder farmers bring their coffee cherries to the washing station where coffees will be accepted or rejected based on quality and then sorted by hand before pulping.
