Why we love this

A cozy swirl of warm baking spices, lifted by pops of fresh cranberry and gentle blueberry sweetness. As it settles, hints of toasted nuts and baker’s chocolate emerge, giving the coffee a savory-meets-buttery richness that lingers. The subtle floral lift carries it to the finish.

Varietal Heirloom

In the Guji Zone of Oromia, the village of Jigesa is home to 850 smallholder farmers who contribute cherries to the Jigesa Washing Station operated by Testi Coffee. The region’s high elevation—1950 to 2150 meters—combined with its cool climate, dense forests, and volcanic soils, creates ideal conditions for slow cherry development and exceptional cup quality. The 2024/2025 harvest showcases both the heritage of the region and refined improvements in natural processing.
