Why we love this

Delicate white peach opens the cup with a soft, floral sweetness, followed by the structured elegance of black tea. A soft marzipan sweetness emerges on the finish, adding depth while leaving a clean, composed impression that lingers without heaviness.

About Shyira

Built in 2017, the Shyira Washing Station sits at the foothills of Virunga National Park in the Nyabihu district of Rwanda’s Northern Province. At 1,850–2,300 meters above sea level, Shyira is the highest-altitude washing station in Rwanda. Cool temperatures and volcanic soils create an ideal microclimate for slow cherry maturation and exceptional cup quality.
