Meet the Farmer

A 3rd generation farmer in Santa Barbara. His farm is in the middle of a typical rain forest which he takes pride in taking care of. Fully ripe, bright red cherries are handpicked during harvest which starts in January, and then pulped and fermented for over 18 hrs.
