These coffees come from Monteblanco, a farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia, a fourth-generation coffee producer and the discoverer of the Pink Bourbon variety.

Varietal Pink Bourbon

After being harvested, the washed pink bourbon is pulped and fermented for 48 hours before being washed. After it is then dried in direct sunlight for 4-5 days it's then moved to shaded shelters to dry for an additional 18 days.
